Warranty & Limitation of Liability

1. Warranty Coverage

Carven Auto Group LLC provides a limited 30-day warranty on labor performed by our technicians. Parts warranty depends on the manufacturer, brand, model of the vehicle, and type of part, and is passed through to the customer according to the manufacturer's specifications.

2. Exclusions

  • Misuse, negligence, unauthorized modifications, or accidents.
  • Pre-existing vehicle conditions unrelated to the service performed.
  • Normal wear and tear, lack of maintenance, or continued use of the vehicle.
  • Failures in components not directly related to the work performed.

3. Customer-Supplied Parts

When the customer supplies parts, Carven Auto Group LLC is not responsible for the quality, compatibility, performance, or durability of those parts. No warranty is offered on customer-supplied parts and the labor warranty is limited exclusively to correct installation.

4. Warranty Claims

To submit a warranty claim, contact Carven Auto Group LLC within 30 days of the service at support@carvenautogroup.com or +1 (470) 892-1615, and include the date of service, the VIN, and a description of the issue.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Carven Auto Group LLC's total liability to the customer for any claim arising from the services performed shall be limited to the amount actually paid by the customer for that service. Carven Auto Group LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, lost profits, or damages to third parties.
