Service Terms & Conditions

Effective: May 1, 2026

These Terms & Conditions govern all services provided by Carven Auto Group LLC ("the Company", "we", "us") to the customer ("you"). By requesting, approving, or receiving service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Quote Validity

  • This quote is valid for 15 calendar days from the date of issue.
  • After this period, prices may be subject to change.

2. Accepted Payment Methods

  • Credit cards: Visa, American Express, MasterCard, Discover
  • Debit cards: Visa, MasterCard
  • Cash
  • Cash App: $dariovillaveces
  • Afterpay (financing available)

3. Mobile Service Policy

  • Up to 15 miles are included at no additional cost from our base location.
  • After 15 miles, a $2.25 charge per additional mile applies (additional miles only, not round trip).

4. Card Payment Policy

  • Credit and debit card payments are subject to a 3.5% processing fee.
  • This fee does not apply to cash, Zelle, or Cash App payments.

5. Appointment Deposit Policy

  • For certain services, a 30% deposit may be required to confirm the appointment.
  • This deposit is applied toward the total cost of the service.
  • In case of late cancellation or no-show, the deposit may be non-refundable.

6. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made with at least 24 hours' notice.
  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in loss of deposit.
  • In the case of no-show, the deposit will not be refunded.
  • Carven Auto Group LLC reserves the right to reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances, with prior notice to the customer.

7. Important Notes

  • Payment is required upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed.
  • Prices may vary depending on the complexity of the work or the condition of the vehicle.
  • Any additional service must be approved by the customer before being performed.

8. Service Warranty

  • A limited 30-day warranty is offered on labor performed by Carven Auto Group LLC.
  • Parts warranty may vary depending on the type of part, brand and model of the vehicle, and manufacturer specifications.
  • The warranty does not cover misuse, negligence, pre-existing conditions, or failures of unrelated components.
  • When the customer supplies the parts, Carven Auto Group LLC is not responsible for the quality, compatibility, performance, or durability of those parts.
  • In those cases, no warranty is offered on customer-supplied parts, and any related failure is not covered under any circumstance.
  • Likewise, the labor warranty is limited exclusively to correct installation, and will not cover failures arising from defective, incorrect, or low-quality customer-supplied parts.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Carven Auto Group LLC is not responsible for failures, damage, or malfunctions of components not directly related to the service performed.
  • The customer acknowledges that the vehicle may present additional problems due to normal wear, pre-existing conditions, or continued use.
  • Any failure or damage occurring after the service that is not directly related to the work performed is not the responsibility of Carven Auto Group LLC.
  • The customer authorizes the service at their own risk in cases where the vehicle has pre-existing conditions or underlying issues.

10. Acceptance of Terms

  • Approval of this quote — whether in writing, by text message, email, or any other digital means — constitutes a legally binding agreement between the customer and Carven Auto Group LLC.
  • By approving, the customer confirms they have read, understood, and accepted all terms and conditions described herein, as well as the price of the service.
  • This agreement is valid without the need for a physical signature.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of the State of Georgia.
