1. Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly when requesting a service or booking an appointment: full name, phone number, email, service address, vehicle details (year, make, model, VIN, engine), problem description, optional photos and additional notes. For mobile services, we collect your address to calculate distance and trip fees.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to: (i) schedule, deliver, and follow up on requested services; (ii) communicate with you about the appointment, quote, warranty, and future maintenance; (iii) process payments; (iv) comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations; and (v) improve our services. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Payment data
Card payments are processed through PCI-DSS certified payment processors. We do not store full card numbers on our systems. Zelle, Cash App, or cash payments are recorded only as a transactional reference.
4. Sharing with third parties
We may share limited information with: payment processors, parts vendors (when needed for an order), insurance providers or third parties you authorize, and competent authorities when required by law. All such third parties are required to keep the information confidential.
5. Cookies and site usage data
We use technical and analytics cookies to understand site usage, remember your selected language, and improve your experience. You can disable cookies in your browser, but some site features may not work correctly.
6. Data retention
We retain appointment and billing records for the period required by applicable tax and warranty law (minimum 5 years). You may request deletion of your personal data not required by law at any time.

8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. However, no system is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Minors
Our services are intended for individuals 18 years or older. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

We may update this policy at any time. The current version will always be available on this site with the date of the latest update.
